Cat time schedule
Cats just love staying with us. each unit has its own enclosed outside space and has plenty of room so they can stretch their legs. Here is a typical day for your cat at mypetstop
Meow! I am at mypetstop, I just love it here. This has been my holiday home for 12 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I can hear the radio, that mean’s Adam is here, I’m so excited, the days are so fun here at mypetstop…
6.15am to 10.00am
Adam’s here with my breakfast and my morning brush. I hate when my hair gets knotted but that doesn’t happen here they take so much care with me. Adam gives my room a clean and changes my water, he also writes some notes on how I’m doing. Its important all of the other carers know my history and are up to date on how I’m doing during my stay. Before Adam goes he even has time to give me a stroke now I can enjoy my breakfast purrr!
I have stayed in almost every room here I’ve been so many times. I used to come with my brother and sister and stay in one of the big family rooms, but now I’m on my own, a smaller room is more than big enough!!
They all have different levels so I can move around, a comfy bed, a scratch post, food and water bowls and an outside area so I can lie out in the sun and watch all of the animals in the farm next door.
You can call in for a Site Tour any day between 9 am and 5 pm
We offer a range of extra activities and services so you can tailor your cats stay to just the way they would want it.
10.00am to 3.00pm
My parents have booked me some extra 1:2:1 time during my stay as they know how much I like to be around people. Here’s Adam now, he’s going to let me sit on his knee for a stroke today, my favourite. Some days we play games too. Adam changes my water and then time for food! It’s dinner time. It’s all inclusive here so Adam brings my Whiskers and my mummy has left me some treats for desert. Yummy!! At 2.15 it’s almost time for Adam to go home, but I don’t mind, I love all of the staff here. Adam and Michelle have a handover meeting. Michelle will be looking after me for the rest of the day and Adam wants to make sure she knows exactly how we are all doing.
4.30pm to 8.45pm
I have had a lovely sleep in the sun and even watched the farmer next door building a scare crow. The days are just so relaxing. Michelle has just been to see me, she gave my room a clean and made sure I was feeling okay. She spent some time stroking me and I even got a cuddle. It’s so nice to spend time with the staff. It’s time for my evening meal and then I can cuddle in the warmth and think about the exciting day which is ahead of me tomorrow.
8.45pm to 9.00pm
As I get settled down, Michelle pops in to make sure I’m happy, and then that’s it for the day. Today has been great and now I can’t wait for tomorrow…
