Many dogs love to play with their doggy friends and as a result Doggy Day Camp is becoming increasingly popular at all three of our centres. In addition we have just launched a brand new service whereby dogs that are in boarding can have a fun filled hour in Doggy Day Camp for only £4. Before dogs can start attending Doggy Day Camp, owners must first complete a questionnaire telling us all about their dog. Following this the dog is invited for an assessment to test the dog’s sociability and suitability for Doggy Day Camp. This is where the four legged trainers play a vital role; well trained dogs of known sound temperament, that belong to mypetstop team members, are used to assess the temperament of the potential Doggy Day Camper.

Meet the Newcastle Team:

Flynn - 1year old Border Collie - the original trainer. Flynn is still only young but has a very wise head on his young shoulders! He loves the interaction of Doggy Day Camp and meeting all the new recruits.

Levi - 4 year old cross staffie - loads of energy to burn off. Loves everyone and likes loads of cuddles during the day.

Q - 3 year old Lab, full of beans and keeps going all day. She is the one that would keep everyone playing all day long if allowed!

Suzie - 5 year old cross Border Collie. The elder of the group and the most laid back. She provides the calming influence choosing to ignore the younger trainers when they are too excitable!

Kai – Travelling around a bit, Kai is a four legged trainer at both Leeds and Newcastle.
